Part of the series The Origin of the End of the World, this work continues Černý’s long-standing fascination with the body as a site of provocation. David selected everyday objects whose forms already suggested a phallic reading — then simply gave them what they were missing. The result is somewhere between sculpture, comedy, and existential commentary.
