The exhibition PIVA+SLOVE SKIBIDI SMICHOFF presents a dialogue between two distinctive artistic personalities, Ivana Junková and Jan Slovenčík, whose work differs in its approach to medium yet is united by an interest in space, family memory, and symbolism.
This exhibition is not a presentation of two separate individual approaches, but rather a demonstration of how visual art can become a medium of partner-like communication between creative identities.
He uses the exhibition space as a stage where a visual play unfolds between sculptures, paintings, designs, reliefs, drawings, and the viewer.
PIVA+SLOVE SKIBIDI SMICHOFF is an exhibition that invites both reflection on family relationships and an adventurous visual journey.
Ivana Junková and Jan Slovenčík are graduates of the Studio of All Sculpture at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, led by Professor Kurt Gebauer.
